It requires more time and energy than it looks to plan and conduct a training for new employees, or “Basic Business Manner Training”, teaching how to greet, how to take calls, and how to welcome customers, etc. after hiring specialized staff such as engineers, accountants, and administrators. These trainings are often held within a company in Japan.
It is sad to say, but it seems that not all experienced staff adopted the sense of basic business manners.
A business manner training which emphasizes “interpersonal communication skill” should ideally be shared among junior, mid, and senior-level staff as a "corporate identity” (integrity of corporate image).
Our seminar can be used as your yearly “Internal refreshment training” or “newcomer training”. |
